Where Is Louisiana? Many Have No Idea.
Almost everyone knows that FEMA screwed up in Louisiana, but it's shocking how many could actually find the state on a map (or could in actuality find their own state on a map). There is also a non sequitur video of a guy on Millionaire proving he was absent often in grammar school.

Stunning and ridiculous what are schools are producing. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case.
